Build up a great routine and dance your heart out!!

   Super Seniors (50+)

Aimed at the over 50's with slower tempo music but injecting a feeling of fun in the moves. Options of chair based exercise for those who find it difficult to lay on a mat

All the classes are open to everyone male or female over 16 years of age and in reasonably good health. If you have any doubts as to whether you should exercise, have a word with your doctor first.

N.B.  To help me with the numbers attending classes, once you have booked in, I will assume your place to be available and offer it to someone else if you miss two  consecutive weeks without letting me know.     
  Progressive Fitness Pilates
Controlled exercises which mimic the muscle movements we use in our daily lives. Improve muscle strength and  tone, feel freedom of movement through flexibility, correct your posture and improve back and abdominal stability. The class gives you the opportunity to move and progress to harder and more effective options and puts the FITNESS back into PILATES
    
BodyBlast
Effective moves done in a dance routine, with or without rebound to work the heart and lungs, followed by muscle strength and endurance exercises targeting those troublesome and weaker areas, sometimes utilising equipment to add interest and focus.   Stretch and relax

     Legs,Bums & Tums
Great exercises to tone and strengthen the
wobbly bits!!
It's quite challenging but good fun!


    Adult Tap Class
A fun class helping you to improve fitness
and co-ordination. Some basic knowledge and experience is required.
BEGINNERS TAP DANCE WORKSHOPS are held throughout the year so keep an eye on the Events page
